The Space
Serene lake views and a modern design, perfect for a romantic getaway. Just 2 minutes from Destin’s beautiful beaches and close to shopping, dining, water parks, and nightlife. The gated complex offers 3 pools (one seasonally heated), a lake, and 2 tennis courts.
Inside, you’ll find a beautiful kitchen with new granite countertops, updated appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes. The bedroom features a king-size bed with luxury linens and a spacious closet. The living area has a leather sofa and YouTube TV for relaxing. The bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower, and we provide starter essentials for your stay. Laundry is conveniently located on the balcony with washer, dryer, and detergent.
Guest access
The apartment is on the second floor and you will have to climb stairs (no elevator available). Parking is close to the unit and free.
To access the residence there is a door keycode, you will receive the code prior to your check-in.
Other things to note
Closest Public Beach Access is June White Decker Park 0.9 Miles from the Condo. Free Public parking at the park as well as showers, and a boardwalk down to the beach.
Chick-Fil-A is within WALKING distance!

NO PETS ALLOWED
$ 200 Deep Cleaning Fee will be charged for any extreme messes or smoking inside the unit.
Any ruined bedding/towels/wash cloths/pillows etc from makeup, self-tanner, bronzer, sunscreen/tanning oil will be charged to the guest.
The complex Condominium rules are:
1) Quiet hours are after 10pm to 10am, please be respectful of your neighbors.
2) Please DO NOT hang any clothing or towels on the balcony railing. You can hang them on the back of the balcony chairs.
3) Grilling IS NOT allowed in the patio or balcony. Grilling is only permitted in the grassy areas outside of the building.
4) Please ensure that you have completed the Vehicle Parking Form and your Parking Pass is displayed at all times in your dashboard.
6) Pools hours are from 9am until dusk.
7) Please DO NOT place any items outside the door entrance. All trash needs to be emptied into the nearby dumpsters in front of Building 27 or behind the Gulf Terrace office building.
8) Underage drinking or other illegal activities such as drugs or unlicensed firearms is strictly forbidden. NO PARTIES!!
9) No bicycles are allowed on the sidewalks or bridge. Skateboards are prohibited on Association property.
10) No Trash is allowed outside the Unit Front Door or Patio/Balcony, Dumpsters are located in front of Building 27 or behind the Gulf Terrace Office Building
Tennis Court rules:
1. No Food or glass containers allowed on court
2. No Bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, or blades.
3. No DOGS
4. Proper footwear required
5. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
6. Court is for residents and their guest only.
7. Do not abuse net or other equipment
8. Surface is slippery when wet or dry
9. Players are limited to 1 hour when other players are waiting for a court.
