Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors (including e‑cigs). Designated outdoor smoking area provided; please dispose of butts properly.

Guests & Parties
Only registered guests permitted. No unapproved visitors, events, or parties allowed.

Pets
Pets only with prior approval and an additional pet cleaning fee. Service animals are always welcome.

Cleanliness & Trash
Please leave the space neat: take out trash, rinse dishes, and tidy up before departure. Guests are not expected to deep‑clean.

Safety & Usage
Do not move furniture or disable alarms/devices. Follow the guidebook for appliance use. Notify us of any damage or safety concern immediately to avoid charges.
